Project location Various sites across the UK Eurosafe client Tate & Lyle Ltd Main Contractor N/A Project client Tate & Lyle Ltd Project Brief Eurosafe Solutions Ltd carried out a full survey of all of the Tate & Lyle Ltd storage facilities in relation to their access procedures for loading and dipping their tankers. It was identified that their drivers were putting themselves at considerable risk when climbing onto the top of the tankers to carry out these tasks.

The Solution
Eurosafe Solutions Ltd designed a series of overhead cable based systems, attached either to steelwork within the loading bays or to a davit arm erected at each desired location within the plant. All the works, including the design, supply and erection of the davit arms, were carried out without any disruption to the Clients day to day activities.
